Summary

This study was conducted to examine the organizational socialization levels of preschool teachers according to some variables. In this context, the research was conducted with 110 preschool teachers working in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education, located in the district of Siverek in Şanlıurfa province. In order to collect data in the research, The Personal Information Form was used to reach the necessary information about teachers and the Organizational Socialization Scale was used to determine the organizational socialization levels of the teachers. The data obtained were analyzed in the SPSS program according to the number of categories of independent variables, by t test for independent samples and One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA); Scheffe test was used to examine group differences in significant differences. Relationships between variables were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. As a result of the study, it was seen that the level of organizational socialization showed a statistically significant difference according to the situation of having problems in terms of the teachers 'status of choosing the profession willingly, staff status, institution type, teachers' perception, physical competence of the classroom and language difference in communicating with children.

Abstract

Bu araştırma, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeylerinin bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda araştırma, Şanlıurfa ili Siverek ilçesinde bulunan, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı okullarda görev yapan 110 okul öncesi öğretmeni ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla, öğretmenler hakkında gerekli bilgilere ulaşabilmek için Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve öğretmenlerin örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeylerini belirleyebilmek için Örgütsel Sosyalleşme Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS programında bağımsız değişkenlerin kategori sayısına göre, bağımsız örneklemler için t testi ve Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) ile analiz edilmiş olup; anlamlı çıkan farklılıklarda grup farklılıklarını inceleyebilmek için Scheffe testi kullanılmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler, Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı ile incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeyinin öğretmenin mesleği isteyerek seçme durumu, kadro durumu, kurum türü, öğretmen algısına göre sınıfın fiziksel yeterliği ve çocuklarla iletişim kurmada dil farklılığı açısından problem yaşama durumuna göre istatiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği görülmüştür.
