The Kyrgyz Turks, who were under the influence of the nomadic equestrian life for a long time, lived in a wide area from Siberia to the Tian Shan, East Turkistan to the Pamir Mountains, from the Pamir Mountains to the Van highlands, took the basic life principles from their traditions, and created a laboratory for the protection of the main codes of Turkish culture. It is one of the Turkish tribes that served as The Kyrgyz, who have continued their equestrian-nomadic life until today and therefore are also the representatives of the richest epic literature, can be described as the Turkish tribe that has distinguished itself by bringing rich examples in other branches of Turkish folklore to the present day and applying them to their lives. As a natural result of contact with the Uzbek Turks in the south, they settled down in the south, continuing their original traditions after they came to the Tian Shan region, knowing how to preserve their culture with their dynamic lifestyle even if they were under the influence of the Russian cultural field from time to time, and spoke Russian. The Kyrgyz are the Turkish tribe, which also includes a more Islamic and Islamic culture and has different cultural veins in these aspects. The Kyrgyz Turks lived for a long time under Genghis Khan and then the Timur Empire, they used the Cagatay and Tatar literary language in a literate environment until the Russian occupation, they shared the same geography and fate with the Uzbek Turks during the Khanate period, they followed the Tsarist policies with the Russian occupation, and the creation of a Soviet type human being in the Soviet period. subjected to their efforts. Togolok Moldo, known as both a performer and a compiler of Kyrgyz oral literature, an epic researcher and enthusiast who recorded Manas and other Kyrgyz epics, a folklorist who compiled other genres of Kyrgyz folk literature, and cazgıç akın (pen poet) He is seen as a personality worth examining who lived the Tsarist period, the Soviet period and the Stalin period of his Turks, recognized the Arabic letters and the Cyrillic alphabet. In this study, we will focus on Togolok Moldo, who became famous in Kyrgyz folk and contemporary literature as a cazgıç and manasçi, lived in the last quarter of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century, and had the opportunity to get to know different ideological periods, and the life, works and literary personality of the poet will be introduced.
