Energy is one of the most important inputs used in production and consumption for all countries. The energy security of countries is also an important issue in this context. It is also important for countries to exchange energy with the countries with which they have historical and geographical connections in order to ensure energy security at the national and regional level. Azerbaijan and Turkey are in the position of two strategic partners because of the historical, cultural and economic ties they have established in different fields since the beginning of the 1990s. One of the important partnerships of the two countries is in the field of energy. In this study, it has been made inferences about the economic outputs of cooperation between Turkey and Azerbaijan in the field of energy at the national and regional level, about the future steps to be taken in the countries and the regional area.
