The victim-offender mediation, which is one of the restorative justice approaches, has been regulated as an alternative way in criminal proceedings. The general purpose of conciliation is to compensate the victim for the harm caused by the crime, and to ensure that the perpetrator confronts his act and takes responsibility for it. Thus, it is aimed to protect social peace by preventing crime. In the conciliation process, the fulfillment is the determination of the method of reparation for the damage or effects caused by the injustice. Although the crimes within the scope of mediation for juvenile delinquents are regulated more broadly than adults, the same procedure is applied as adults in terms of mediation process and types of acts. With the child's inclusion in the justice system, there should be different rules than adults in which the child's rights and needs are taken into account In this study, the issue of fulfillment, which is the most important output of the mediation institution, is examined in terms of juvenile delinquents. Together with the problems that will be created by subjecting adults and children to the same mediation procedure, the fulfillment of determining the act and performing the act are discussed in terms of children driven to crime. In our study, the current situation in Turkish Law in the fulfillment of determining the act in terms of juvenile delinquents is mentioned, the areas we think are problematic are mentioned and solutions are offered.
