The aim of the research is to try to make sense of the relationship between the squad values of the national teams taking part in the 2024 European Football Championship, the number of players playing abroad and the points they have collected in the FIFA world rankings. Accordingly, the points collected by the teams in the world rankings from the fifa.com web page and the roster values and the number of legionnaire players of the teams from the transfermarkt.com web page were accessed and the data obtained were analyzed with the help of SPSS 22 package program with Pearson correlation technique. At 0.05 level of significance, in the light of the data analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis, the squad values of the teams and their value in the FIFA world ranking (p value 0.81) were found. In this context, the p value between the number of legionnaire players and FIFA world ranking was found as -0.516 and the p value between the squad values and the number of legionnaire players was found as -0.678. While there is a significant, positive and strong relationship between the squad values of the teams and FIFA world ranking, there is a significant, negative and moderate relationship between the number of legionary players and FIFA world ranking. According to the analysis, it is concluded that there is a significant, negative and moderate relationship between the squad values of the teams and the number of legionnaire players.
